My name is Jenny!  I live in NJ and I'm a wife to Jim, mother to two sweet-n-sour daughters, and a part-time teacher. We are buying our (hopefully!) forever house after relocating to a new town. We DIYed our first house into exactly the home we wanted and now we are at it again so this blog will chronicle that journey!  I love being a mother but always need other moms in my foxhole so jump in...I have cookies. Teaching isn't just a job to me. It's one of my passions and I love talking to other educators about the trials and tribulations of teaching, especially at the preK-grade 2 level. My head spins with lesson plans and literature ideas so this blog may help me scratch my teaching itch as well.
